Refund policy
Mint Creek Return Policy
We want you to feel good about your Mint Creek purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at atelier.mintcreek@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.
Returns must be approved before being shipped. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
A flat return-shipping fee ($6.95) will be deducted from your refund for each prepaid return label issued. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The return-shipping fee will be waived for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or other evidence of use
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or item is to return your original purchase and place a new order after the return has been accepted.
Because Mint Creek inventory may be limited, replacement items cannot be guaranteed or reserved. The standard return-shipping fee applies unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund—less the return-shipping fee ( $6.95) and any nonrefundable original shipping charges—will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
